The website presents sourcing, procurement, private-label, quality-control and logistics capabilities primarily for business customers. Product examples, timelines, prices, minimum quantities and savings are illustrative unless expressly confirmed in writing for your project.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. A project begins only when the relevant scope, commercial terms and responsibilities are confirmed in a written quotation, order or contract.

You may use the website for lawful information and business enquiries. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person or use the site to transmit unlawful content.

The Lokaris name, website design, copy, graphics and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make limited internal business use of them, but may not reproduce, publish, sell or create derivative materials without permission.

Product names, marks and materials belonging to clients, manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance as project context does not transfer any rights.

You grant Lokaris permission to review it and share it with relevant service providers or potential suppliers only as needed to respond or prepare a proposal.

Do not upload unlawful material, malware, trade secrets you are not authorised to disclose, special-category personal data or files unrelated to your request. Website upload limits do not guarantee that every file can be opened or accepted.
